Job Description:

 Liaison - Communicating with clients in the highest and most professional manner. Making sure their needs are catered and their requirements are met.

 Supply chain management – establishing sound business relations with the suppliers, making sure good are available for JIT stock method and also for EoQ. Developing a portfolio of multiple, alternate suppliers for smooth running of the business and having the complete range of goods available.

 Credit Management – Ensuring suppliers are timely paid with best credit terms for efficient cash-flow management.

 Collections – Ensuring collections from customers are timely deposited in the bank and reconciled.

 Multi-tasking - Initially, you would be required to undertake tasks by yourself and ensure the job gets done. As the business grows in size, your responsibilities will divest from execution to supervision wherein, you will be required to manage multiple reportees in a matrix structure.

 Sales Management - Maintaining a complete record of daily/monthly/periodic sales.

 Training – While the role itself will give you endless learning opportunities, coaching and training peers on pharmaceutical products/ trends will be part of your profile.

 Knowledge Management - Maintaining up to date knowledge of the current trends and activities within the pharmacy industry.

 Strategy – Developing strategies on how to increase sales, expand product portfolio and advising on business expansion strategies.

 Legal – Managing visits of Drug Inspectors and ensuring that the organisation is legally compliant in all aspects.

 Marketing – Working hands on with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and increasing sales.


 Excellent communication skills are a must for this role.

 Candidate must have demonstrated experience and the desire to independently handle an entire pharmacy.

 The candidate must be willing and ready to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment.

 Strong commercial acumen.

 Due to the legal requirements, minimum qualification for this role is B-Pharmacy/D-Pharmacy.

 Registration with the Pharmacy Council is also a must for this role.

 Good IT literate with complete command over MS office.
